Joseph brings over two decades of leadership experience in operations, asset management, and strategic growth. Previously the SVP of Operations and Asset Management at True North Companies, he led efforts to optimize portfolio performance, strengthen client relations, enhance employee experiences, and manage capital initiatives for high-net-worth stakeholders. His strategic vision and people-first approach support True North Holdings’ mission to build thriving communities and create lasting prosperity through ethical, innovative partnerships.

Marc Davis

Chief Financial Officer

Marc is responsible for directing and managing all aspects of the company’s financial strategy, planning, and operations. He works closely with investors and the executive team to position the company for continued growth.

Anita Russell

Director of Finance

Anita has been involved in construction and development accounting since 2005, working with True North and related entities for 16 years. Throughout her 35 years in accounting, Anita has diversified her expertise by engaging in property management and development projects and has in-depth experience with commercial, multifamily and single-family properties. Financial management and risk management are the cornerstones of her work.

Matthew C Knowles

Financial Analyst

Matthew Knowles joins True North as a Financial Analyst supporting multiple entities. A Georgia native, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Georgia. Before entering finance, Matthew worked in the production industry as a video technician on The Aspire Tour and later transitioned into accounting and bookkeeping, serving clients across various industries.

Cameron Gill

Development Program Manager

Cameron is adept in the development process within the construction industry. His experience is in real estate management, investments and finance. Cameron's wealth of knowledge and leadership skills, established throughout his academic career, positions him well to make an impact within True North Holdings.

Tonia D. Benas

Director of Culture and Communication

With nearly three decades of experience shaping people strategy and organizational culture, Tonia D. Benas serves as Director of Culture & Communication for Elevate. She leads company-wide initiatives that enhance engagement, streamline communication, and align teams across multiple entities. Tonia’s background includes leadership roles at global and national brands such as McDonald’s, Chick-fil-A, and BELAY Solutions. She holds a master’s degree in communication and is a licensed Georgia Realtor. Passionate about developing thriving teams, she blends strategic insight with a people-first approach to drive meaningful results.
